Designed major features of a 0-to-1 web app for interactive storytelling aimed at Gen Z audiences who enjoy short-form content like reels, focusing on interactive storytelling experiences.
Collaborated closely with the founder/product owner to build and refine screens for the app’s major features.

Deployed as sole UX consultant to a banking client’s major product, delivering mobile and web banking app designs that earned high praise from product owners and completed designs for 9 minor features, 2 major application features, 1 successful rebranding, and 1 new unreleased feature.
Launched and facilitated UX Learning Labs, a weekly bite-sized design session to address skill gaps and inconsistent practices, resulting in 100% participant satisfaction and improved design efficiency, cohesion, and streamlined design workflows across the team.
Conducted end-to-end UX processes from user research to prototyping for both client and internal projects, ensuring designs were data-driven and aligned with user needs.
